  1. Several different options are available for the court.

Kansas notifies Colorado, who then suspends your license.

Kansas puts out an arrest warrant on you.

Kansas tries you when you fail to appear and finds you guilty.  Fines you, puts out an arrest warrant for Failure to Appear, and suspends your license, which Colorado then honors.

  2. just pay or youll license will be susspened

  3. Your license will be suspended for failure to pay...All states now work together with a national data base..Kansas will notify Co. that you either failed to appear or failed to pay and your license is being suspended.  Colorado will inturn suspend your license and if you get stopped again you might not get off so easy..A suspended license is a jailable offense....

  4. If it is a class of misdemeanor that you had to appear on such as reckless driving, then you will get a failure to appear warrant against you and taken to jail to answer for it.

If it is just a routine speeding and the box was checked allowing pre-pay then you will just get guilty finding in your absence and a fine imposed.  If you don't pay this fine within a predetermined amount of time, your license will get suspended and that will land you in jail if caught driving on that.
