I got a speeding ticket in sandy springs, ga. He clocked me at 93 in 65 zone. what can i be charged with?

this is my first ticket in ga. I have a good driving record.

  1. Usually you would be charged with "Careless and Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle." But if you have a clean record the Officer may write you for 24 MPH over the posted speed limit and let you off with a speeding violation (25 MPH over is an automatic C&N charge)


  2. Reckless driving, excessive speeding, etc.

    Same thing.  You were driving recklessly...

  3. It's just a speeding ticket, just slow down and save gas.

  4. Speeding. You'll get a fine and points.
