  1. when you first get a tattoo, if you aren't careful, it could rub off.

you should've been very careful to keep your wrist straight.

now you'll have to go get it corrected in a couple weeks.

    sorry.

  2. Your tattoo artist should have explained that your tattoo is going to go through the ugly duckling phase. In addition, it wasn't a wise choice on their part to do it where your skin folds. As stated, the way your skin always moves and creases doesn't make it a good spot for the ink to hold. For your aftercare, you should've left it alone for two days (not getting it wet, not putting ointment on it), then on the third day, use only a tiny chocolate chip sized amount of unscented moisturizer on it 2-3 times a day. Unlike what the person above me said, do NOT over saturate your tattoo with cream. This will cause the scabs to come off prematurely, which will result in colour loss. You WANT those scabs. It means your tattoo is healing normally. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT pick the scabs off. They'll fall off naturally. Just remember not to get the tattoo wet, and don't over moisturize.

  3. If you got it on your wrist where the skin folds after a few years it will start to fade and you will need to get it re-done because that part of your body is constantly moving and being bent, That is normal for the tattoo to be bumpy and some skill will peel off, whatever you do do not pick at it or rub it off leave it and let it come off naturally, and make sure you put a lot of cream on it, use papaya ointment or cocoa butter are the best ones. it should take about 2 weeks to fully heal. The tattoo shouldn't come off but a bit of skin will. You have to remember, it's not like you just drew a pretty picture on your wrist you got a hot needle and ink scraped into your skin, it will take some time to heal just make sure you put the cream on it 3-4 times a day, esp. when you go to bed at night pile it on.
