  1. I wouldn't worry about a minor traffic offense.  If there is a question on your employment application, just answer it.  You wouldn't want your prospective employer to find out about any past criminal history that you didn't let them know about first.

  2. Be honest,It is gonna take some time to find the answer for your question.Try to have a look the resource here for reference.http://insurance.online-frees.info/insur...

  3. No, as long as your job does not require you to have an insured vehicle at your fingertips.

Background checks look at criminal records, a credit report (which does not give specifics, it just says, he has x number of revolving credit accounts, he has a home loan, etc), and will look at education, to make sure what you say you have is really what you have.

  4. No idea, if that will affect the job.

Will the employer see it?  You betcha, if they do an MVR check.  It's up to THEM to see if it's going to count against you or not.

  5. It may show up, but likely not if you paid it and they aren't hiring you for a driving position wher they want you to have 'clean driving record'.  In fact, even if you were arrested on a traffic warrant, it generally does not affect employability.  If the job application specifically asks about tickets, be honest. Tickets and 'convictions' are two different things, remember.

  6. It will be on your DMV record so be honest about it.
