I got a ticket for expired tags, will this show up on my driving record?

I'm getting a new car and new insurance. i want to know if that ticket will cause my insurance to be a little higher. i got that ticket back in january or February and i had paid the fee.

No, only moving violations. Parking tickets, no license plate tag, etc dont show up.

From a lawyer.  No it won't show up.  Only moving violations like speeding, stop sign, collisions, etc. show up.  Just pay it and don't worry about defensive driving, etc.
