I did stop about 1 second at white line and move very slowly to make sure there is no traffice from left and oppsite side when I make a right turn on red at a intersection since I was driving with my 2 years old boy and wife in my new car. I have to make a slowly turn since which is a curve and it take 3 to 4 second to finished. After I make my turn about 3 second, the police car suddenly jumped out behind me and said that I did not has a full stop when I make a turn on red light.

Questions:

1. the offense in the ticket: "fail to stop steady red light turn" The actual charge from NJMC is "turns at control intersection on red"

2. the time of ticket was marked pm and am at the same time

3. the traffice condition was report medium, actually there is no traffice

4. I finished a S. D. Drivng Coures on dec, 2007 and never use . Can i use to reduce pt. for this and how does it work.

5. I will go to ct next week , will take photo or vidoe to show most car don't even stop.

  1. It doesn't matter  your guilty and the fact that you had  your wife and child in the car is not going to help you. Your married and have kids and you do not have a command of the English language or grammar

  2. Take your photos and dispute this and also if you do have a clean record you will have a good chance for a dismissal and also take your child with you as well, it sometimes help, good luck.

  3. None of this matters.  "I choose to believe the officer" Guilty-pay the fine

  4. Good luck with the court thing. I doubt you'll change a thing. a complete stop takes more then a sec. And you should be alot more careful with a baby in the vehicle. So man up pay the ticket and get over it. It doesnt matter that you can prove that other people don't stop there. The judge isn't going to care. Your the one that got caught.
