I got a traffic ticket in California but native of Texas?

I have received a traffic ticket in California but I am native of Texas State. Can any one help me out which online traffic school course I need to do in order to remove traffic ticket is it Texas or California

Tickets are issued by the state. They apply to that state only. A ticket in Cali will not go onto your TX license, that's good.

Tickets last three years. If you don't plan to go back to Cali then don't pay it. Yes it will go to warrant but in three years it is gone like it never happened.  In addition the warrant applies to ca only and they will not extradite for a ticket.

Make sure your Texas license is good for three year from the date of the ticket.

OK don't want to do that well pay the fine in Cali and move on. If you want traffic school....not sure why it doesn't go on your license anyway you have to take it is Cali or on-line if they offer it.

The best answer is pay the fine and don't take school.

You will need to call California and see what they will recommend first, its their ticket..................

Since you got the ticket in California and live in Texas you have to send the money for the ticket to California. Living in Texas I believe you can take the online traffic course in Texas. You need to call California DMV to make sure.

if you currently reside in california you have to pay it in california but if you were only visiting california and are now back in texas you have to pay it in texas.
