  1. sounds like he needed to give a ticket, i forgot what thats called, like a quota or something? Try to fight it yeah. But arent some laws g*y!!?

  2. I would go to court and and explain this to the judge and more than likely it should be dismissed, good luck.

  3. Yes you do deserve the ticket...be more vigilant in future and save some money. Laws are there for a reason. Accept your punishment like a man. Someone could've been killed by your negligence......

  4. That is the most ridiculous ticket I've ever heard of, take it to court and if the judge has any sense in him whatsoever he'll throw it out without a second thought.

  5. Two problems are evident.  Obviously you should have dimmed your lights the moment there was other traffic.  Plead dumb in court, if it is a first offence it may be dismissed with a warning.

But I am confused about the amount of smoke any vehicle can possibly emit, unless it is actually on fire.  And, if you don't realize high beams only reflect back at you in smoke, fog, or blowing snow, you have a basic driving knowledge problem.

  6. The police can ticket you for driving with your high beams on. It is dangerous to the other drivers in the oncoming lane(s) and you can cause an accident. Be more careful next time and remember to shut them off. You can try to fight it off in court. If it's your first offense , the judge may drop it. If not, good luck.
