  1. DOB is the expiration date on your license .  Just pay the fine and be done with it.  Or let it go to court and explain who's knife you had and why you had it to start with.  You may wind up in even more trouble than you started with in the start.

The officer made no mistake. He is right and you need to except the responsibility of your actions right or wrong.  Pay the piper.

  2. You possesed the knives I presume. IF it is the truth why fight it. You did some thing wrong and now take like a man. Technically they did it wrong . Admit your own guilt . Did your parents tell that lieing is ok .

That is how I see it. The cops can also make any thing a weapon., if they think you going to do some thing bad. They would have a field day with my van, expoxives and all. OK

  3. NO! you cannot and who ever told you that d**n i doubt they are officers. I heard far worse instances where the dob as wrong

  4. You can ask but I would not bet the bank on you getting off on a technicality..but you never know..

  5. your chances would be much better if it were a traffic offense. you can demonstrate that he has questionable observation skills

i have to agree with previous posting . . chances are slim.

a ticket for a knife? sounds like he was being kind already as it was. try it, be sincere but dont push your luck
