I got a xbox 360 and broke and xbox warranty wont cover because it expired?

then i call the store were i got it and they tell me that they are not going to fix it. because it was a facotry problems what should i do ?

Depends on what the problem is.If you have the 3 Red Lights of death/Red ring of Death/RROD then call microsoft and they'll fix it for free.

Well luis r i would go straight to the factory and demand a repair and since its a factory problem I'm sure they'll fix it, the way you can do this is by going straight to there website.
