I got admission in csulb and i even got my f1 visa 2 dat university but what if i want to shift 2 other colleg

im from india and i got admission in csulb for masters in aerospace engg.i even got my f1 visa 2 csulb university, now if i want to shift to other university what do i do..?

It is not possible for you to transfer your visa to another school. However you may transfer to another school once inside the United States, speak to the international student advisor at your school and they will go over the procedure for you.

Just remember that if you do change schools and you leave the U.S. You will have to attend another interview for a new visa, since the visa is school specific.

F1 student visa has been issued on the basis of your acceptance to that particular university, since they issued you I-20. So I am afraid to say it is not possible to go to another University with the same visa.

I think the new Immigration law is you will have to be in that school for a year before you can transfter to another accredated school..You can check out the Immigration.com website too.
