There should be a list on the ACT's website of colleges that don't require the SAT/ACT.

why don't you try taking the test over again after studying some prep materials. If you did perfect on the writing your probably intelligent and just dont test well on multiple choice. a course or a prep book can really help you master this if you want to get into a great college. remember, they look at your gpa too.

No, not ANY 4 year university will accept you, but some definitely will.  Especially if you scored very well on the writing component.

Look at your preferred universities and check the minimum ACT/SAT scores.

If you are still not satisfied, study some more and re-take the exam.
