I got an e-mail from o2 telecoms regarding winning a prize on my cellphone. how much can i trust them.?

now o2 telecoms hv asked me to contact a bank named NATION WIDE BANK PLC. CAN U TELL ME IF ANY SUCH BANK IS THERE? AS FR AS I THINK IT IS A SCAM AND NOT ANYTHING ELSE. I SHALL BE THANKFUL TO U IF U KINDLY TELL ME IF ANY DRAW IS HELD BY o2 TELECOMS? I SHALL BE THANKFUL FR UR ANS.

  1. I always play it safe & ignore everything like this as I am extremely paranoid of things like this in the world today & I trust nothing!  I would NEVER respond to anything asking for bank details or asking for you to contact them.  It's very rare that you get something for nothing!


  2. have you entered anything to win a prize? if not, sounds like a scam, we do have a buildind society called Nationwide, but if i was you i would delete the message.

  3. my friend too just got a similar msg.... Its scam for sure...

    do not reply.... but yes there is a bank by the name of Nationwide in UK.....
