hi dilip here even i got a offer letter from dragon oil company and now they asked me to contact POCHTA TRAVELS INTERNATIONAL (pochta_travels_international_uk@yahoo.c... after emailing them i got a reply below,

We got your mail. We will begin in earnest if you provide us with the following since it was DRAGON OIL AND GAS COMPANY  that directed you to us. We will like you to provide us with the following so that the documentation will start immediately.

3 Nationality(Including valid passport)

4. A Total of 750 Gbp. to enable us process the necessary documents for the visa for you to travel down here to UNITED KINGDOM and work/resident permit as well.

Did you apply for a job?  There is such a company as Dragon Oil Company. I would do some googling to see what I could find out.
