i am fixing to start i been walking 2 miles in 30 minutes everyday but i cant stop eating junk food so what would floyd mayweather tell me to do and i been a fan of him even before he came to wwe please no stupid answers just seroious ones

Try to cut it out gradually, start with drinks.  Then cut out junk food after dinner, then during dinner and work your way back throughout the day.  Junk food is an addiction just like any other and it is tough to quit cold turkey.  Say an affirmation to yourself first thing in the morning, something like "I'm not gonna drink soda today"  It sounds corny but it helps change your mind set.

  3. If you can't stop eating junk food then you will not have a very successful boxing amateur career let alone a pro one. But it doesn't mean you can't still do it, try it maybe after a wile of doing it you may find that you like it and your eating habits will change? who knows but it won't hurt

  4. I have the same problem too jajajajajaja but my motivation that my trainer told me was "There is some guy who is training harder, faster, and better than you. And when he steps into that ring he's gonna kick your ***. So what are u gonna do?"

    My response was " trainer harder and better than him to kick his ***"
