I got appointment letter from United Bank of Africa and UK Visa Bureau ask to pay GBP 1,220?

I got an Appointment letter from United Bank of Africa and asked me to contact UK Visa Bureau. They asked me to pay the Government /Immigration charges via moneygram international money transfer named to their account manager.

Please refer below:

a) Application Fee: ------------------------ 250.00

b) Processing Fee: ----------------------- 230.00

c) Courier Fee: ----------------------- 30.00

d) Consular Fee; ---------------------- 320.00

e) Insurance Fee: ---------------------- 420.00

Total: GBP 1,220.00 (ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY GREAT BRITISH POUNDS)

Please advise me what to do.

Looks like a scam to me. The [e-mail] is wrong for a start  - a UK Govt site would not be a .com and the web site does not have a web page.
