I got approved for Medicaid but I have been paying for my appointments for 4 months?

Will I get my all my money back from the doctors office?? They sent me 3 medicad cards at one time for May, June and July...but i received them all on July 1st.

It all depends. If the doctor you are seeing accepts Medicaid, then take your card and speak to the office. It laso depends what type of Medicaid you have been approved for. There are many different Medicaid programs out there and having a card doesn't really mean that you are actally "active" in the system. I would also check with your state or local Medicaid office.

You might get back the last three months' worth, but not before that. Medicaid only will go retroactive for three months.

BUT, you will probably have to wait until the doctor's office gets paid by medicaid to get your refund.
