  1. Probably not unless you were involved in a RTC then chances are that you will have just got the standard ban and fine..... not a very clever thing to do hope you learnt something

  2. maybe when you apply for your new licence they will ask you to take a retest

  3. If your banned from driving for 2 years or more yes you can look on the DVLA website and see for yourself

  4. You shouldn't take the test, You shouldn't be driving ever again.

  5. no you dont have to take a test and that is a fact

  6. Hi Big D

The best thing to do is to contact DVLA, who will kow for sure.

Noting that the Magistrate, did not state you had to take a re-test i doubt you will have too.

If you got a standard 12months ban etc, its normally that you dont have to.

But check will DVLA, they will clear this up for you and even send you the forms for your DL, too.

    Hope this helps

  7. If your liscence expires while its suspended, then yes you will have to retest. Otherwise they typically mail your liscence back to you.

  8. yes.

  9. No you don't.

  10. When you are 18 years of age you will have to and if you are over 18 then it is possible but you need to ask the judge.

  11. No just dont bother to collect your licence again, but you will and do the same thing all over agian
