  2. The points will stay on your licence for 4 years, but only count for "totting up" for 3 years.

  3. They are valid on your license for 3 years.

  4. Hi Spooky. The answer is in the question - 30 limit. Its the maximum speed permissable. Normally in a 30 when i'm being followed by the police i'll go around 10mph, just to p*ss them off. Quite legal, and very funny!

  5. Bad girl! speed kills! 3 years I think the points last, it's a ban if you get 12 or more

  6. The points will stay on your licence for 4 years.

  7. THEY LAST 3 YEARS STAY ON YOUR LICENCE FOR 4 YEARS AND AFTER THAT YOU CAN HAVE THEM REMOVED AND YOU NEED TO INFORM YOUR INSURANCE ABOUT THEM AS WELL

  8. Tish tish. Naughty, very naughty. Well I got done doing 86 mph in a 60 mph. Got 5 points, £180 fine and £50 court costs, and I think it stayed on my licence for 5 years. Shoplifters and handbag snatchers got less of a sentence than me. I was gutted. Licence is squeaky clean now though.....

But hey bloomin' Ho, we broke the law, and by God, we shall be taxed for the privilege.

  9. 3 years then you can send your licence back and have them removed.... if you have been driving less than 2 years and get 6 points within that 2 years will get a ban for up to a year. so anyone reading this and come into that catagory take note !

  10. if you haven't had your licence for 2 years,,,3 more points and you are off the road

  11. They last 5 years x
