  1. Who is asking for $200 - the mall or the police.  If its the police, you have been charged and fined.  Stop stealing - we are paying for your thefts in higher prices!

  2. Just Pay it.

  3. what did you shoplift

    Just curious

  4. If you stole from Forever 21 then that is who is sending you the bill. I'd try to work out a payment with them or they could file a claim against you and then your parents will get involved etc. You decide but stop saying IDK because YOU DO KNOW!!!!!!! you took the stuff. Read the thing, take responsibility and if you don't then you will end up in trouble. If they are sending you a bill and you ignore it, they will file a small claim against you or a theft charge and then when you have to talk to the judge do you think they are going to be nice to you when they ask you a question and you look at them all stupid and go.............idk

Grow up, you know and you better take care of it. Oh BTW theft if theft doesn't matter if you are under age!

  5. 1- Read this. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Civil_Recov...

2- see a lawyer if you can't figure out what to do from reading the thing above.

If you don't make the right move, IMMEDIATELY, you STILL CAN BE CHARGED WITH A CRIME AND PROBABLY WILL BE.  If you make the right move, IMMEDIATELY, you won't be.  You need legal advice to prevent this from getting onto your permanent record and limiting your employment options for the rest of your life.  And not the type of legal advice you get on yahooanswers from lay-people.

  6. Get with whoever told you that they would drop the charges. Who told you this? D.A., Public defender? Lack of communication somewhere or they could be pressing charges.
