I got confused by the train schedule?

I'm planning to go to New Canaan this week and I got confused by the train schedules. I'm stopping by to greet an aunt mine. Problem is, I didn't see or I got confused by the schedules.

Can anyone help me with that? Directions on getting to New Canaan from Westport through train?
