  1. Alcohol can cause massive diarrhea. Drinking a lot of apple juice might have made it a bit worse, but the toilet troubles are from the booze...

You might be having a reaction to drinking so much corn syrup, not the hang over...

DRINK WATER!!! Stay away from juice... And Soda...

Take a multi vitamin, drink as much water as you can stomach, and take a couple of TUMS or other antacid.

Tea would be OK too but don’t sweeten it. If you NEED the sugar, Hot Coco is a good choice because the milk helps and it has antioxidants to help replace anything that the alcohol used or damaged.

The “Hang Over Cure” I have developed in my YEARS AND YEARS of drinking hard alcohol throughout high school and college is:

    1. Before you go to sleep, take a calcium supplement, (Usually 2 pills but check your bottle and take 100% your daily allowance) a Multi-B Vitamin Supplement, (Alcohol uses B-Vitamins in it’s digestion) and up to 800mg of Ibuprofen. (Depending on whatever your “Normal” headache style dose is. I have a hip problem and was on the Prescription Strength kind so I take more than the average person. So take whatever amount you would take if you had a headache at any other time.)

    2. Pass out and sleep for as long as you can.

    3. Wake up and eat a mix of carbs and protein but add cheese because Calcium seems to help with the hangover. Fast food is OK but something a bit healthier is preferable.

    4. Take a multivitamin, a multi-b, and either another set of Calcium or a few TUMS.

    5. SLOWLY sip water after you eat for the REST OF THE DAY! If you drink anything too fast it will make you sick, either from the top or from the bottom if you get my drift… Drinking SLOWLY will allow your body to absorb what you give it without bloating you and making you ill.

The combo of complex carbs, stomach coating fat from the cheese, replacement vitamins, the SLOWLY ingested water/tea/coco, and ibuprofen to stop the headache and body aches have allowed me to wake up after a New Year’s “Lets do body shots off of *Name Friend*” sort of night and still be able to drive the 1.5 hour home and finish any work I neglected before the holiday.

Don’t OD on Caffeine… It may make you feel more awake at first but it only drains the last of your body’s resources and you will crash… The same goes for sugar… You need to recover from drinking like you are recovering from the flu… Slow, steady, and don’t over tax your system any more.

Replace the vitamins lost due to the alcohol, replace the fluids lost due to the alcohol, sleep, and only doing this sort of thing once and a while will keep you healthy no matter how hard you party.
