I got email from uk national lottory that i won 1000,000.00 sterling pounds is it true?

its called phishing.  they are after your credit card numbers, bank accounts, whatever is of use.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.  this is a scam to get your money or access to your accounts.

Grip you chair because this is spam mail.  If you will notice it isn't sent directly to your e-mail.  Don't waste your time.  If you ever respond it this propaganda.  You have opened your computer to LOADS of e-mails that make no sense to you.  It's a killer to get rid of them.  Been there done that.  Never again.
