I got hit while i was in a parked car, and i got the persons information but ...?

They are not returning my phone calls???? The car is actually my boyfriends dad so Im really scared. I dont want fingers pointed at me =[ Anyways. I was parked when this girl about 17 years old drove up to a parking space next to me and hit the rear back of the car I was on. I got her drivers license and wrote down everything, from address to her drivers license number.Also he insurance info.... ok this happend on friday and todays monday.. we have the estamation and everything but this girl dosent want to return my phone calls that Im getting fed up. I want to go to her house cause Im pretty sure she's just trying to hide from the situation. She said she would pay for the damages so now she needs to own up to it. Wut should I do??? Show up to her house or call her insurance? or is it too late for the police to get involved with this? I know I should have called when she hit me but she begged me not to get the insurance involved and now.... I dont want to regret that!!!

File a claim against her insurance. If it happened at a parking lot the police probably wouldn't have shown up anyway, it's private property. If filing a claim through her insurance doesn't work, your boyfriends dad could always file a claim through his own insurance company to pay for the damages to his vehicle. His insurance company will then try to subrogate the 2nd party to get the money back.

If she's avoiding your phone calls, it's not too late to call her insurance and your insurance...you insurance can pay for everything and then collect from her insurance agency...making life easier for you.

Call her insurance company. Do not contact the person who struck you. The insurance company will take care of that.

Talk to her once more time. If she willing to pay then make sure write a letter and her signature and driver license for your proof. If she dont pay then tell her that wasting my time and just report to insurance and let insurance take care everything.

File a claim, your boyfriends dad's insurance will go up a bit. If you are the only one who reports the accident, the girl who smashed into you will get in a heap of trouble. I was in an accident about four or five months ago. If someone ever smashes into you again, tell them to pay you right then and there (you can do that) if the person doesn't want there insurance to go up. The girl said she'd pay you, therefore she must now. Keep calling her and bothering her. Go to her house and knock on the door and ask for the money if you feel up to it.

thats why you have to make a police report. You can try to make one now but it will be your word against hers.
