I got in a accident and I need help??

Question

The person I hit was kool about it. He has my friends insurance because I hit him in my friends car. Neither one of us filed a police report and its been about a week now since the accident. I have the cash to pay for the damage and he now moving back to his home town supposly. My question is if i was to print out a contract and have him sign it and a witness would the document be legal. Cause im not going to give him the money and him then file a claim also. What should I do??

Have him sign it but also get it notarized that way he can't say he never signed it. With it being notarized it saves your behind in the long run. Then you should be fine.
