My son got into a car accident in 2007. The plaintif sued him in the small claim court. The judge ordered my son to pay him.The insursnce company agreed to pay the full amount, but they never did.Sometime they say that he changed his address,or he never received the check, or he is not satisfied. Now for more than one year my son's driver's license is suspended. Can he sue the Insurance company?

  1. no

  2. I am lost, too, because you haven't asked a question.

  3. Having a handful of helpful resource is always a good idea.try this one.http://car-insurance.online-tips.info/ca...

  4. A few details, rationally stated, would help.  What exactly is your question?

  5. Why is your son's driver's license suspended. This is a civil matter and his license can not be suspended because he didn't pay a judgement.

  6. I doubt that your son's license was suspended because the judgment was not paid.  I am sure that the plaintiff was issued a check.  If it continues to come back to the insurance company, there is little they can do without a new address.
