I got infected with a really harsh computer virus. Heres some more details on whats going on, i need help?

Okay... so i was downloading a torrent for nero or whatever its called. I didnt bother to scan it because im normally good for not comming across viruses... I started installing it and I knew It was messed. Neways... It finished installing and my background changed to some biohazard sign.... Its sending me all these g*y windows telling me im infected with a virus and i should download this stupid program to get rid of it (obiously part of the virus). And the ***** took over my pc. So basicly, i cant search for the virus because my C and D drives wont show up in windows search, It wont let me do simple windows commands like bringing up the task manager, its saying that its been disabled by the administrator, half the time my desktop is just a big clickable image... when u click on any icon it just brings me to a stupid page for getting rid of the virus (or ******* me over even more) Ive ran AVG and such... it wont pick anything up

scan in safe mode and be sure ur scanner has anti spyware and anti adware! its an adware im pretty sure cuz its askin you to AD a program to ur computer...

to scan in safemode:

go to start menu

click run

type msconfig

find boot.ini tab

under boot options click safeboot/safemode

restart ur computer

then when back on DONT DO ANYTHING except scan

then do recommended actions when the adware is found

go back to msconfig and disable/uncheck safeboot

restart
