I got into an accident without a permit or license; what is going to happen next?

My friend who is 16 and has his licence let me drive to Target, but I got distracted and crashed his car in a ditch but didn't hit anyone. I'm also 16 but I don't have my licence or permit. The cops came and I got 3 tickets for no licence or permit; no insurance; and failure to stay off the road. And he got one for letting me drive with no licence or permit. What is going to happen to both of us at court?

You prob wont get your license for two years after you are suppose to get it. somthing like that

But I do know for sure that the insurance company will not pay for it.

So you basically lost the car and wont get money for a new one.

As for court, im no lawyer but I think he will get most of the damage for letting you drive. As for you IDK.
