i got job agreement letter from st.thomas hospital ,west minister bridge,london,and i talled to make visa and work permit by global tavel agency 2-marsham street , london, i want to know wether this is true or scam?

Have u applied for a job at that hospital ? If not , then how can u get appointment letter. If yes, then why u will have to arrange visa from a so so agency. u can approach for a visa directly. No middleman is required.
