  1. All you need to do is go to the police station and tell them exactly what you seen. Chances are if all you seen was a speeding car passing you and did not see the actual accident you will not end up having to go to court. Unless you were in some way involved in the accident then all they are doing is taking initial statements before you have to go to court.

  2. you were involved in an accident that you dont know of? WTF? if you cant remember your car being smashed or hit or in an accident, then where is the accident? where is the collision? what is the issue? what occured for anyone to consider an accident took place?

this is just weird. or i might be a little dumb right now

  3. Go if your Innocent than don't worry<

  4. I hope you have witnesses that can help you fight this!

I hate when cops get it wrong, it's you're word against theirs.

      Good Luck!

  5. my suggestion is you get a lawyer and if you cant afford one goto hte O.O.I.D.A website or call them at 1-800-444-5791 and they will lead you in the right direction. Just dont give any info without some legal background. I had the same thing happen to me and am glad i had an attourney on my side to give me advice.

  6. Bring a lawyer or you'll regret it. Sounds like a setup.
