  1. Nothing.  There's no "right" to a visa even if a person is married to a US citizen.  When she was rejected they gave her a paper telling her the reason for the rejection.  Correct the problem is possible.  If the rejection is for a reason that can't be fixed, such as her having a criminal record, you can't do anything other than move to Thailand to live with her.

  2. She cannot come to the US, so she will have to apply for your immigration to Thailand.  If you are accepted by Thai officials, you can live together there.

You already know why she was rejected, they told you when they rejected her application.  Hope it came as no surprise to you...

  3. Talk to a legal rep

  4. Did you actually apply for a" vista"? Because if you did I think you applied for the wrong thing.

  5. If you got a definate 'no' from your application be sure to file your appeal right away. Get a lawyer who specializes in immigration and fight THIS application first. They had to give reasons for any denial so you have to prove why they are wrong and why she deserves a visa.

  6. Get an experienced and competent immigration lawyer
