I got married to candian and now she is serious sick I want to appy for tourist visa instead of immigrant?

Iam Indian I got married to Canadian she came here in march we got married,,I got marriage certificate with me as soon as she went back to Canada she got pulmonary embolism that is serious, now i want to visit her, so need guide line that can i get visit visa or not becuz we have not any plan to stay in Canada for long yet.
