I got my 2nd DWI in Minnesota and am wondering if a PO will surprise me and drop by my house.?

I have not been given a curfew, but am told not to possess alcohol or drink. Can i pretend I am not home?

  3. Not sure.Usually they only make surprise visits when an aggravated crime has been commited , but since you said that you were already on it for DWI ?

    Not sure.It will most likely be revoked though.
