I got my H1B,only visa interview is left deu to some personal matter I can't join in USA before 1st jan?

do the companies consider these problems? Is there any chance of visa cancellation by them?

  1. H1B is employer's petition. They can cancel or withdraw anytime they want to. You should talk to the company about your situation.
