I don't understand why it's important to make it known the race of the kid who had your bike when it was stolen.

Is he your friend? people of all color get rob every year so you and the "Black" kid go make a report to the police like everyone else.

I assume that the reason you are asking is because you know the guy and there is a chance you could get it back, and you are not sure whether to report it?

If it were me I would beat the c**p out of him, but assuming that you're not up for that;

1) Steal it back

2) Demand it back, with a very harsh threat, like I have photographic evidence of you taking cocaine in the school changing rooms(??!!)

3) Failing that report him

4) Man the f*ck up.
