  1. take advil or tylenol (i prefer tylenol because it helped when i first got my braces on).

  2. Okay I just got my braces of July 9th so I KNOW all to well what you are talking about. OKay I have a question for you. Did you get a retainer? If you did you should be wearing it so your teeth don't move. If you didn't then your teeth are probably not moving. I had a serious headache the day I got my braces off. It will go away in time so do not worry all is fine. You should take some pain killer and you will be fine. If the headache doesn't go away then I would worry. But for now you are fine. And congrats on getting your braces off!!

  3. I just got my braces off yesterday, and i had a headache because the retainers were a little tight.  Im pretty sure that with a retainer your teeth will not move apart.

  4. this the 1st time i m listing in my whole life while i don't know what to do but i can suggest to take a headache tablet or capsule it might remove your migraine well this is not happen by braces it might be something else like a viral or a disease that had catch you from air

  5. Take advil and it should go away.

Did you get your retainer today? If so and if you're wearing it, it may be fitting a tiny bit tighter than your braces so that may be making your head hurt.

  6. completly normal take some tylonol or advil and that will help a bit but it hurts more than getting them on for around 3 days
