I got my car crash and i need and advice....?

I got my car crash while I was sleeping on my apartment, this happens on may and my car was on the apartments parking lot... and this person came in to the parking lot and crashed my car and other 2 cars that was parked next to me... the insurance company said that my car was a total loss... my car only have the liability insurance and the agent that came to see me from his insurance said that he only have 10,000 to pay.... she said that they will have to fix the other car first because the other car had full cover... and after that she would look at my car to see how much they are going to pay. I just want my car back but it looks like they are going to pay only a part of my car because the 10 grand won’t be enough. What else can I do to get my car fix or a good money back because they only want to pay 2,000 and my car is worth a lot more… or at least I can’t get a car like mine with that amount…

Switch insurance agencies, some of them will offer to insure an accident that already occured.  Otherwise, if you can find the person who wrecked your car, file a lawsuit.  If they caused the damage to your car, they should pay, not you or the insurance company.

You can sue the person for the rest.  If they own something you can put a lein on it or you can get a judgement against them so that the $$$ can come directly out of their check.  You need a lawyer.
