I'm afraid that they are going to come out while I'm sleeping.

What is a way to keep your earrings on while sleeping?

  1. I highly doubt they are going to come out while you're sleeping. I've never had that problem. If you got pierced at the mall or somewhere with a gun, the jewelry usually has notches on the back that make it difficult for hands to pull off, let alone for them to fall off while you're sleeping.

Try to sleep on your back for a while if you're really worried. Don't stress about it too much. This rarely happens unless you have ill fitting jewelry.

  2. They won't fall out, trust me. I've had both my ears and nose pierced and none of them ever fell out while doing anything.

  3. Almost every piercer, whether they pierce with a gun or needle, will put a special backing on your earring that will stop it from falling out.

These butterfly's are normally bigger and they cannot come off unless you tug at them very hard, and purposefully .

So don't worry, they won't come out while you sleep !

If you are still worried, put a plaster/band aid loosely around the earrings ;]

    xo

  4. if u wear studs with the butterfly backing they shouldn't fall out. they are pretty secure once u get the backing on, specially the ones u get your ears pierces with. i wear studs to bed all the time to bed and haven't had any fall out yet. don't wear the dangley kind to bed, they can get caught or tangled in your hair really easily. make sure to clean your earrings daily with the cleaner and follow the cleaning instructions that they should have given u to avoid infections.

  5. Well if your afraid you earrings will come out while sleeping then do what people in sports do put tape over it. try it it works.

  6. i thought the same thing when i got them done.

they wont come out trust me.

  7. There is nothing to worry about. As long as you push the studs in far enough, then they are not going to fall out. If you are still worried you could probably put a band-aid over your ear and earring -- that will most definitely keep them in place and will not allow them to fall our while you are sleeping.

  8. they won't come out while your sleeping

  9. They usually put special backings on the earings you get your ears pierced with that are a lot easier to take out because they aren't meant to come out for at least 6 weeks. I don't think you really have to worry about them coming out too much. It's never happened to me.

  10. If they were pierced with the traditional stud (that you get when piercing with a gun), they shouldn't come out. The stud is sort of locked into place, until you want to remove them.

If they're pierced with sleepers, you also shouldn't have an issue. My ears have CBR's (Captive Bead Rings) and one pair is freshly pierced. The CBR's are the best earrings at staying put, so much so, that they're extremely common in the body piercing industry.

Depending on how fresh your piercings are, do not remove the initial jewelry until it's all healed. Doing so could damage the piercings.

  11. When the person pierce your ears they should have made sure that the stud was secure so that it won't come off...I get my ears pierce almost four weeks ago and to tell you the truth i can't even budge my stud kinda scary cuz i don't no what i am going to do when i wanna take it off....(loL)

  12. Chances are they wont come out when you're sleeping. If you're worried sleep on your back but you'll become more comfortable with them when time goes on.
