Report it to the police and then apply for a replacement at www.USCIS.gov.

The Social Security Office will not give you anything without your Green Card. I have tried. You have to get a new Green Card or apply for Citizenship.

To replace your green card, file a form I-90 with USCIS.

To replace your social security card, go to your nearest SSA office (or apply by mail) and apply for a new card. It should take 1-2 weeks to arrive in the mail.

Also, watch your credit report VERY carefully from now on. Loss/theft of such important documents as your PR and SS card can lead to identity theft which can s***w you over big time.
