I got my new orange mobile 3weeks ago and ... ?

i went to top up and it wont do it beacuse i havent registered HELP! what do i do well ... it said call 450 or something to register for free so i did on my mobile and it didnt work ??? thanks for any ansaws x

Hi if you cant do it through your phone then what i would advise you to do is to go to your local orange store & get them to sort it for you ! you could do it over the internet but i would personally go to the store & at least it will be sorted straight away for you ...hope this has been of some help for you

Have you tried e-vouchers? wherever you will buy the credit from ask them for a voucher e.g £10 orange voucher and it will tell you what to do on the voucher
