I got my (out of date) Xplore card confiscated, what will happen?

As my school is stingy and will not get me another Xplore card, i have had my old one and it expired in 2006. i got around this by covering up the expiry date up when i showed it. However, taking the bus home the driver noticed and he confiscated my card and then he switched with another driver taking my card with him. What will happen? It has my name, date of birth and photo on it. Will i be fined or anything? I'm rather worried about this.

  1. If the card has a bar code, they will know how many times you used it. You can be fined, and ordered to pay back any services you received.
