  1. There are spent after 3 years but can't be removed until 4 years.

  2. The rules have not changed in the last 25 years. The points are active for 3 years from the date of conviction the points remain on your licence for 4 years so that in the event of another conviction the court can see what points were active at the time of the offence.

  3. It has been 4 yrs for at least 10 yrs that i know of.Also you must still tell the insurance companies up to 5 yrs when they ask.

  4. hey thanks for answering my question about music list , my msn is lollyv961@hotmail.com

  5. I've been driving since 1982.

The 3 year active / 4 year removal rule has been in effect for all that time.

I've no idea where you've got your information from, but it's wrong.

  6. You can contact the DVLA and I should think they could tell you but I suspect that you will stay on the 3 year rule.

  7. they dont count toward totting up after 3 years, but you cant have them removed until 4 years.

Also, the UK call it a driving licence, the US call it a driver's licence, so you can tell where people are from by what they call it!

  8. where r u from as it various from america to United Kingdom

  9. contact the DVLA i think it'll be 3 years for you though

  10. srry idk wat ur saying

  11. Afraid you're wrong, the rule hasn't been changed recently. Points count towards "totting-up" for 3 years but cannot be removed until 4 years.  Some, I might add, count for 10 years and cannot be removed for 11 years.
