I got my results but...?

So today is results day. I logged in to the Edexcel ResultsPlus website to see my results. I wish I never saw it.

I got EE.

I got two low marks (30-40/100) but that's not the reason why I got EE. It's because I got two 0/100's. Now how is that possible when I handed the units on time.

I tried calling college but no one's there (for obvious reasons). Has anyone experienced this kind of problem? I am absolutely gutted right now...

I am doing GCE Applied ICT Double Award and I got marks for Units 1, 2, 3 and 5.

It sounds like a mistake has been made by the examining body. Ring up UCAS (if you applied through them), the exam board and visit your college. If no one is there right now then someone probably will be on the 21st for those picking up results for GCSE retakes, and you will be able to speak to them.

This sort of thing is not unheard of and it can be rectified.

Well your best bet is to actually go to your college and pick up your results maybe an error has been made on the website for your results. Im sure if you've done most of your coursework your marks cant have been that low. And don't think its the end of the world there are always other options such as clearing which is always good too.
