I got my unlock code for my PEBL and THEN.. ?

and then instead of it having its usual message saying Enter Subsidey Code and then a space to enter it, it says Contact Service Provider. I finally get the unlock code I had to pay 40$ dollars for and now I can't find where to enter it. It used to be right on the screen when I turned the phone on and my att sim card was in it. I know if I call Att they wont be able to do anything since it's a T Mobile phone. And when I asked T Mobile to unlock it in the first place they wouldn't do it so I had to go to this other random place and pay 40 dollars. I dont have much faith that if I call T mobile they'll help me since I dont even have an account with T Mobile.

PLEASE HELP =[ I've been phone-less for more than a month now.

Hi Raw

If you inserted your ATT sim and it says "Contact Service Provider"

leave the phone turned on sitting at that screen, wait about an hour and check it again, it should now be back at the  Enter Subsidy Code screen
