I got my wisdom teeth out a few days ago, now my inner upper lip is covered in 10 ulcers,anyone know why?

So i got all four of my wisdom teeth removed like five days ago and now the inner part of my upper lip is covered in small ulcers, do you think its related to that, or if not why would i have multiple ulcers on my upper lip?
