I got my wisdom teeth out last friday (6 days ago), and i can't open my mouth wide anymore

it's like my jaw is locked.

before getting out my wisdom teeth, my jaw would always crack in the morning or sometimes during the day, but it never hurt.

now, i can only open my mouth like halfway and i can't make it any bigger.

i'm going to the dentist tomorrow to get my stitches out, but should i go to the doctor to check if i have TMJ?

i got mine out 6 days ago too and i can open it wide, your dentist might be able to tell you if something is wrong. if not try the doctor

This is normal, just excercise it and dont keep it shut all the time, it happens to some patients after wisdom surgery. Put ice on it and take and anitiflamatory over the counter pain killer. You should be fine.
