  1. Since it has already been 3 days since your surgery, aren't you suppose to apply heat now?  It should look better in 2 days.

  2. I got mine on Friday too!  How weird.  My cheeks are still swollen as well and I've been told it should go down in a day or two.  Try putting a moist warm compress on them.  That's what I've been told to do.  The doctor also subscribed me anti-inflammatory medication to help the swelling go down, so you might talk to yours about that.

    Hope that helps at all!

  3. Your mouth is injured and it will take some time for the swelling to go down.  It is much more noticable to you then anyone else.  It should be better in 2 days.

  4. first 24 hrs is ice after 24 hrs. warm compress with salt water at least 3 xs a day, call ur dentist to make sure there's no infecctions going on.

  5. Well i had oral surgery and my mouth was swollen for a a day or two

but it didn't last as long as yours did

but your mouth is healing so give it time your wisdom teeth may have been impacted.. I'm 13 and i had three teeth pulled by the oral surgeon... and i will have 14 teeth total so my mouth might be used to it already haha

but i'm sure it will go away just eat soft foods and dont worry.

most people might not even notice!

if it continues just see your oral surgeon!
