ok, i got red ring of death. i called Microsoft and i sent my 360 back to them. After about 5-6 weeks, i finally got it back. I haven't took it out, though, for about 6-7 hours that day. When i finally plugged all the wires in( the power cord, the network connection wire, etc.), i pressed the power button on the console and it still don't work! I press it about 10 times and nothing. I emailed my problem to the email they gave me in the box (xsersurv@microsoft.com) and i haven't got an answer yet. So please, can you guys help me. I don't want a PS3, i want my 360 back to normal. Can you guys help me?

  1. Hi Nadir,

Unfortunately this happens quite alot of late.

The reason is that when they repair the Xbox 360 they either do the work on the actual Xbox 360 you sent in, or if they cannot repair it they send you a refurbished one.

You have probably got a refurbished one that is faulty either that or it has been damaged in transit!

    Just give them another call!

    Hope this helps!
