Not that dificult, your new computer probably doesn't have the latest updates of Java and Flash (especially if you got it on sale or clearance). Both are usually necessary to get the latest streams.

They are easily found and downloaded with a quick search. Just enter the names with "download" and several possibilities will pop up. Or use the below links.

Also check all the possible volume controls in your control panels and the actual computer case. Make sure they are about in the middle. Almost all computers have some sort of speakers, but as a last resort, make sure your new HP comes equipped with speakers - or attach a pair.
