  1. well first of all the plug should go into the computer not the monitor... that may be your problem. Also if that doesn't work try apple.com

  2. there is obviously some problem either with your cord, usb port or the software.....maybe your itunes software is older or newer for your ipod.i.e. they are not compatible to each other....try searching the right itunes software for you ipod......or may be the cord you are using is out of order or there is something wrong with your usb port.....try buying a new cable and if that doesn't work have your pc or laptop's usb port repaired......

This is all what i know....may it helps you!!!!

    All the best..... :)

  3. restart it

  4. im not sure what the problem is but when that kinda stuff happens to mine i usually reset it by pressing the menu and the middle button at the same time. this doesnt remove any data from the ipod so dnt worry abt your songs.

when u turn it on again the apple logo should appear.

    gd luck!

  5. try replugging it that happens to me sometimes but I replug it and it works

    hope this helps

  6. Nothing. Sometimes it just doesn't work. Try plugging it in again a few times, and if that doesn't work, try restarting your computer. If even then it still doesn't work, try going to Best Buy to ask a worker for help or to buy a new cord.

  7. am i had the same problem but, try another computer and if it works then change the place on the ur computer were u plug it in

  8. Not enough info really...

    Is it turned on?

    lol

  9. i had that same problem.........NOTTTTTTTTTTTTTT haha im in this for points

  10. hj

  11. Some usb ports do not provide enough power for some usb devices to work correctly. Most of the time they don't need to like if it's just a usb stick but ipods are more complicated. Plug it into the slot on your computer and not the monitor and it should work. Otherwise there's A LOT of different reasons why this could be happening that would take a while to get into here.

  12. do it again several times
